Technical Secondary School for Education and Training - Talaat Harb Technical

Dual System Features:

The dual education program aims to provide a class of technical workers trained in practical and scientific methods of production and advanced modern technology, in line with the needs of factories and other economic sectors, thus providing assured employment opportunities for youth both inside and outside Egypt, and raising the efficiency and productivity of the Egyptian product to face competition Global.

The dual education system is based on two-day theoretical study in a technical secondary school and four days of practical training in factories and companies (or equivalent education and training).

The study will continue for three years, after which the graduate will receive the Diploma of Technical Education according to the dual system, in addition to a local certificate from the Investors Association or the supervisor of the practical training.

The number of students in the [theoretical] class does not exceed 24 students, which provides a better opportunity for understanding, understanding and discussion.

Students who receive basic training in the school are divided into 2-3 groups, ie 8-12 students per group.

The student [intern] in the factory or company shall be given a monthly financial reward during the training period.

The training year within the factories and companies is 12 months with a month as a leave for the student [trainee].

The trainee shall enjoy an accident insurance system during training in accordance with the rules set by the Ministry of Social Solidarity, without the loading of the factory or the company for any additional expenses.

A training contract between the factory / company on the one hand and the student [apprentice] on the other, to regulate their relationship during the training period.
