Al Retaj International School - RİS

l Retaj International School (RIS) is a private, co-educational international school located on a 4,200 m² campus in East New Cairo, Egypt. Established in 2012, RIS offers a comprehensive educational program for students from Pre-K to Grade 12. The school emphasizes core values, ethics, and academic excellence while fostering life skills and critical thinking for future success.

The RIS curriculum exceeds the requirements of the American curriculum, offering a balanced range of subjects to unlock each student’s potential. Small class sizes ensure personalized attention, monitoring progress, and addressing challenges early. RIS is fully accredited by AdvancED since June 2015.

The curriculum aligns with the Common Core Standards in English and Math, the Next Generation State Standards in Science, and Virginia State Standards for other subjects. Arabic, Religion, and Social Studies are also included, meeting Egyptian Ministry of Education requirements. Technology integration, SAT preparation, and differentiated instruction tailored to various learning styles ensure that students are prepared for university locally and internationally.
